Aunque los calçots son la base de la calçotada y el motivo básico de esta fiesta la comida no se limita a eso ni mucho menos.El menú de calçotada completo que damos en el restaurante es el siguiente:
 
Aperitivo:
pan tostado con fuet y tomate y ajo.Bacalao troceado.

Ubicado en un marco paradisiacamente bucólico campestre y árboreo encima de un monte y rodeado de naturaleza .Aúna lo más antiguo(el castillo data del siglo XI)con las modernas comodidades . Abundancia de restos historicos del antiguo castillo. Servicio excelente eficiente y agradable. Reservas al 977 62 01 20. Abierto los fines de semana y si son grupos de más de diez entre semana con previa reserva. Llenisimo por "calçotadas". Capacidad:más de 220 personas.

Comida tradicional y a la carta,bodega extensa y excelente trato.
Abierto :fines de semana.
Espacios especialmente destinados a banquetes y celebraciones varias.
Situado a 500 m. de Montferri,entre Valls y El Vendrell.
Música ambiental y baile.
Jardines cuidados y elegantes.
Ideal tanto para cenas románticas como para grandes grupos.Cuidada decoración interior y exterior con todas las comodidades exigibles para la comodidad de sus clientes.
Comida a la carta en todos los idiomas.
En primavera y verano dispone de terraza para cenar al exterior con iluminación y ancho catalogo musical.
Musica de fondo de gran calidad.
Es mejor reservar ,sobretodo en la larga epoca de calçotadas que va desde noviembre hasta mayo.
